Thank you for your interest in our coffee!
For years, we have loved providing Maui-grown and Maui-roasted coffee to residents and visitors alike. Unfortunately, August 2023's wildfires significantly affected our non-estate coffee bean sourcing. For the past year, our coffee stock has been limited and available only in person at the farm rather than through our online store.
While we continue to source beans from Maui whenever possible, our commitment to quality, consistency, and sustainability has led us to carefully select premium beans from across the Hawaiian Islands and throughout the globe. We consider working conditions, growing conditions, quality control, sustainability efforts, flavor, and processing methods and how they will complement our Maui roasting approach.
Our coffee is crafted with care and Aloha. Each batch is roasted and packaged at O'o Farm, where we honor the distinct characteristics of each bean, its origins, and its one-of-a-kind flavor profile. Our coffee, with its unique blend of origins, delivers a rich sense of place and the spirit of Aloha in every cup.
