The majority of ingredients are sourced from our Farm.
Our meals are crafted from scratch with creativity and love.

We can accommodate most dietary requirements; just let us know in the ‘dietary restrictions’ section when booking your reservation.

Possible vegetarian/ vegan substitutes include but not limited to tofu, chayote, eggplant steaks, or any other seasonal farm fresh vegetables. Individual ingredients vary daily depending on what our hardworking Farmers harvest each week.

SIGNATURE COFFEE CHERRY ENGLISH MUFFIN

Local organic sourdough english muffins toasted with coffee cherry honey on top of our seasonal breakfast jam and a tropical fruit salad garnished with edible flowers

FRITTATA, LOCAL VENISON* & SALAD

A garden frittata loaded with braised greens and caramelized vegetables seasoned with farm herbs and sea salt. Served alongside a smooth seasonal purée, it's accompanied by savory venison sausage patties, a roasted root medley, and the Chef's selection of either seasonal sautéed vegetables or a vibrant chopped salad with a farm herb vinaigrette. Finished with delicate edible flowers.

MAMAKI TEA

Sample a native Hawaiian tea made from dried leaves of the native Hawaiian Mamaki plant. Believed to have a diverse range of health benefits and can power your mood without caffeine.

GOURMET LUNCH & FARM TOUR

HERBED SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA & SALAD

Local sourdough focaccia served with a salad full of mixed greens and shaved vegetables all tossed in a farm fresh dressing garnished with edible flowers. 

FRESH LOCAL FISH  

Pan fried fish of the day served on top of a seasonal herb puree with Chef’s choice of either a chop salad tossed in a farm herb oil vinaigrette or seasonal sautéed vegetables served with either a roasted root medley or toasted black rice all garnished with edible flowers. 

ORGANIC CHICKEN* 

Organic chicken, uniquely seasoned with an O’o Farm coffee rub, served over a vibrant seasonal herb purée. Accompaniments include the Chef’s selection of either a chopped salad with a farm herb oil vinaigrette or seasonal sautéed vegetables, paired with either a roasted root medley or toasted black rice. Finished with delicate edible flowers.

(When available the Chef may substitute Maui nui venison* for Fish or Chicken)

DESSERT
