Hiring Farmers – Kula, Maui (Full-Time)
Join the team at O’o Farm and work outside in beautiful Upcountry Maui!
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and are passionate about farming, sustainability, and fresh food.
At O’o Farm, we grow 100+ rotating crops—including coffee, vegetables, fruits, and flowers—using organic, no-till methods. You’ll be part of a team that supports both farm production and our well-known farm-to-table experiences.
What you’ll do:
• Planting, weeding, harvesting, pruning
• Irrigation and general farm maintenance
• Equipment use and upkeep
• Pest management support
What we’re looking for:
• Farming or hands-on outdoor experience (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to work independently when needed
Details:
• Full-time (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–3:30pm)
• Hourly pay
• Must have reliable transportation & legal U.S. work authorization
• No housing provided
