A truly unique island experience begins in the misting forest of Waipoli in Upcountry Maui.

Join us for a tour of the Farm and one of Maui’s most unique dining experiences!

  • SEED-TO-CUP COFFEE AND BRUNCH EXPERIENCE

Our Seed-to-Cup Coffee and Brunch tour begins in the misting forest of Waipoli in Upcountry Maui, where you will find O'o Farm. You'll be greeted with various French press coffees to start your tour. Taste at your leisure as we share the history of our farm and coffee operation. Then stroll with your tour guide, coffee in hand, to look closely at several of our coffee tree orchards. We'll discuss coffee cultivation and how a scraggly bush became one of the World's most sought-after commodities.

As you make your way to brunch, listen as your guide shares the story of O'o Farm's regenerative processes. Please ask questions and interact; you'll gain more from an interactive experience! Each tour is unique as the guide brings their distinct knowledge and background to the table and discovers what you are most excited to learn.

Meet our Chef and the day's culinary team for an introduction to the farm-to-table brunch you're about to be served. Comprised primarily of ingredients grown at the farm and harvested that week, this nutritious, family-style meal is served at communal, wooden farm tables and supplemented by sustainably sourced proteins and other items from the Hawaiian islands, mostly Maui. Brunch is served with a pour-over coffee. Of course, we're including a side dish of knowledge: what the pour-coffee brewing method is and why we love it. Brunch is typically three courses.

After brunch, your guide will walk you past the nursery back to the roasting room where you started. This is a great time to talk story and inquire further about the delicious food you were just served! Shop our retail selection and look at the roaster while enjoying complimentary tastings of our coffee cherry and olive leaf tisanes.

The tours run Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, starting at 8:30 am and ending at 11:30 am.

The cost is $135* per person, $67.50* per child 5-12, and infants are free.

Kamaʻaina cost of kamaaina is $120* per person and $60* per child 5-12. A valid Hawaii ID is required.

Comfortable, closed-toed walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, and jacket are recommended!

BYOB (champagne, beer, orange juice, anything you'd like!). We will be serving water to all guests.

We happily accommodate all dietary restrictions. When booking your reservation, please be sure to make detailed notes in the ‘dietary restrictions’ section.

    *Prices excluding tax and gratuity.

  • FARM-TO-TABLE LUNCH AND FARMER FIELD TOUR

Our farm-to-table lunch and farmer field tour begins alongside the green fields of our Farm, looking out over Maui. You'll be greeted by a team member who will check you in and greet the tour group. Our Farm functions with a team that is rotated through all facets of operations: farming, culinary, guest relations and hosting, and more! This means the individual guiding you has a wide range of knowledge. You'll spend a moment near our allspice tree, learning about our approach to regenerative farming. Next, they will take you on a guided walk through our farm fields—the contents of each walkabout are catered to the group's interests. We want to host you interactively and engagingly, so please ask your Farmer guide questions!

Walking our fields is an immersive way to see the beauty of a regenerative farm along the slopes of Haleakala in Upcountry Maui. Our Northwest exposure and 3500-foot elevation on the slopes of Haleakala provide a breathtaking venue for a truly unique Maui experience. As you move from fields of greens and vegetables, past edible flowers and giant eucalyptus, and then onward past coffee and fruit orchards, enjoy the island's cool upcountry climate and panoramic bi-coastal views. This walk sets the stage for the genuinely farm-to-table meal you are about to enjoy as we source the overwhelming majority of our ingredients from our Farm, supplemented by sustainably sourced proteins and other items from the Hawaiian islands, mostly Maui.

Now, it's time for the main event! A leisurely lunch and opportunity to taste the fruits of our labors and enrich your soul with a connection to the land as you sit down to a gourmet lunch prepared with fresh, natural products. You'll be welcomed into the charming communal dining area by our Chef or a member of that day's culinary team, who will tell you all about the delicious lunch you are about to enjoy. You'll sit under wooden pavilions built from reclaimed wood, at rustic wooden farm tables set with farm-fresh flower arrangments and our signature coffee mugs (of course, there will be coffee!). We will have assigned you seating; some parties at their own table and others combined for a communal dining experience.

As each family-style course is delivered, a member of our team will describe the dish to you and share a story of its ingredients, inspiration, or flavor. Remember, these folks work in the fields, too, so don't be shy about engaging and asking questions. Lunch is typically four courses. Dessert is served with O'o coffee.

After lunch, your guide will direct you past the nursery and upper fields to our retail shop. A delightful wooden structure perched atop the farm, gazing out over Maui. This is a great time to snap some photos, bask in the views, do a little shopping, and talk story with members of our team.

The tours run Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, starting at 10:30 am and ending at 1:30 pm.

The cost is $150* per person, $75* per child 5-12, and infants are free.
